Terms of Service.

These terms govern your use of Fiskal, an accounting tool for small Swedish businesses, available at fiskal.se. Fiskal is run by Amit Raab Andersson, enskild firma (org.nr 870419-3013), Allmag 127, 472 92 Stillingsön, Sweden. By creating an account or using the service you accept these terms, including the data processing agreement described below.

The service

Fiskal helps you organize business finances: reading uploaded statements and receipts, preparing expense worksheets with Swedish tax classifications, creating and tracking invoices, and producing reports. Parts of the service are powered by AI, and an optional integration can connect your mailbox (read-only) at your request. Fiskal does not connect to your bank.

Beta status

Fiskal is currently in beta. The service is provided as-is and features may change, break, or be withdrawn without notice. We aim for high availability but make no uptime commitments during the beta.

Your responsibilities

You are responsible for the accuracy of your bookkeeping and filings. Fiskal’s classifications, calculations and suggestions are automated aids based on current Swedish rules and the material you provide — review outputs before relying on them in dealings with Skatteverket or other authorities. Fiskal does not provide legal, tax, or investment advice.

You agree to upload only material you are entitled to process, to keep your account credentials to yourself, and not to attempt to access other users’ data, disrupt the service, or use it for unlawful purposes.

Your data

Your bookkeeping data remains yours. We process it as described in the Privacy Policy, and you can export or delete it as described there. We may remove accounts that remain empty and inactive for an extended period, with notice to your registered email.

Data processing agreement

Your bookkeeping holds personal data about other people, such as your customers and suppliers. For that data you are the controller, and Fiskal processes it only on your behalf as your data processor (personuppgiftsbiträde). The terms for that processing are set out in Fiskal’s personuppgiftsbiträdesavtal (data processing agreement, in Swedish), which forms part of these terms. You enter into it when you create an account and accept these terms. No separate signature is needed.

Intellectual property

The Fiskal software, design and brand are the property of the service operator. Invoice templates generated from your own past invoices, and documents produced from your data, are yours to use freely.

Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the service operator is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, or for losses arising from decisions or filings based on the service’s outputs. Nothing in these terms limits liability where it cannot lawfully be limited.

Termination

You may stop using Fiskal and request account deletion at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, with data deletion following the Privacy Policy.

Governing law

These terms are governed by Swedish law, and disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the Swedish courts.
